In-Store Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for new, unused, and unopened merchandise in-store under the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be new, unused, and unopened with all original tags still attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must present the original receipt to complete a return or exchange.
  • Refunds: Full refunds will be provided within 15 days of the purchase date.
  • Exchanges/Store Credit: If you are outside the 15-day return window but within 30 days of purchase, you can receive an exchange or store credit.

Online Sales Returns and Exchanges

For online purchases, our return and exchange policy is similar to in-store procedures with an additional note regarding shipping:

  • Condition: Items must be new, unused, and unopened with all original tags still attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt included in your delivery.
  • Refunds: Full refunds will be issued within 15 days of the purchase date.
  • Exchanges/Store Credit: Exchanges or store credits will be granted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping charges for the return or exchange.


Exclusions

Custom-Made Items: Custom-made items are excluded from our return and exchange policy and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • In-Store: Bring your item(s) and receipt to our store, and a team member will assist you.
  • Online: Contact our Customer Service at hello@everythinglocalco.com for return instructions. Make sure to ship your item(s) along with the receipt to the provided address.

Important Notes

- Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Returns and exchanges may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
